At Www, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items in their original condition. If your new piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, our team is here to help you find a better match or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
